Incorporated in 1999, KDM offers a variety of construction services to clients throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and mainland Europe. These include General contractor, fit-out, project management, manufacturing, and design, all of which are coordinated from our Head Office in Dalgety Bay and supported by our regional offices in Leeds, Warrington, Chelmsford, Dublin, and Zeeland, Netherlands.
In 2011, KDM built our Head Office, which incorporates our bespoke manufacturing facility. We can deliver a variety of products, including hard and soft woods, laminates, and solid surfaces, all to various scales.
KDM has developed successful long-term general contracting and fit-out contracts with many national and multi-national construction and blue-chip companies and clients throughout the retail, commercial, leisure and public sectors. Our ethos is providing an apex service and products to any client, from an independent to a national organisation, through proactive and professional delivery on time and within budget. This delivery is supported by our service, which, in our opinion, sets KDM apart from our competitors and is key to KDM’s understanding and to exceeding our clients' expectations. In 2019, KDM incorporated a Dutch subsidiary, KDM Europe BV, which was developed to fulfil the Group’s growing international client base in Mainland Europe.
In 2022, KDM expanded its warehouse holding in Warrington to support the Northern Corridor and opened an office in Dublin to expand its presence in the Republic of Ireland and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent chance for our company to build on its relationships with its client base in these areas and create new relationships for the future of our business.
In 2024, KDM Group opened a Bristol office to further support the company’s growing project portfolio across various sectors, including food retail, retail, distribution and logistics, hospitality, leisure, commercial, and education.
