Business Development Manager – Ireland (€90,000–€105,000)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Ireland. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, securing new business, and positioning KDM as a partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and secure new opportunities across retail, commercial, logistics, and data centre sectors
- Develop sales strategies aligned with UK and European growth plans
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to build a strong pipeline
Client Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Take a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Manage client accounts and ensure smooth project handover
Internal Collaboration
- Work with estimating, design, and operations teams on tenders
- Support cross-regional projects with UK and European colleagues
- Report on pipeline, activity, and market trends to the Board
Brand Positioning
- Represent KDM at client meetings and industry events
- Promote services including fit-out, contracting, and manufacturing
- Support marketing and bid materials
Skills & Experience
- Proven business development experience in construction, fit-out, or related sectors
- Experience working with multinational or corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of tendering and project delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with ability to win high-value opportunities
- Willingness to travel across Ireland and occasionally to the UK/Europe
- Relevant third-level qualification

Operations Administrator – Belfast area
£26,436.80
KDM Group are currently looking for an organised, proactive Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily business activities. This role is central to supporting project teams, coordinating information, maintaining accurate records and helping streamline processes across the operations department. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, confident using systems, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role would be based in the Belfast area.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Operations Managers and Project Managers with administrative tasks related to timelines, subcontractor coordination and site documentation
- Prepare and maintain operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Maintain operational reports, trackers and spreadsheets
- Monitor progress updates and highlight potential delays or issues to the operations team.
- Help maintain compliance records for audits, accreditations, health & safety, and quality management.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, experience in Operations would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
