At KDM we want to be able to give back to our local communities and support causes and charities that are close to our hearts. To help do this, we have a designated charity committee that looks for different ways to raise money throughout the year that is inclusive for all our team members. This can vary from challenges and internal competitions to baking.

For 2023, the Committee made the decision to support one main charity which is the Lighthouse Club Charity which supports mental health in the construction sector along with some other local charities in each of our areas.
