Iain was an original partner in KDM and has been the Chief Executive since the companies incorporation in 1999. Iain's strengths are a balance of his trade experience and being able to easily understand the clients needs so KDM can deliver an exceptional product. Iain is an exceptional ambassador of the company and continues to not only develop and manage the business strategy but also spends real time with his clients.to understand their needs.
Mark joined KDM in 2000 bringing a wealth of strategic planning and client development experience to the company. He worked closely with the Senior Management Team until in 2014 he was appointed an Executive Director and Company Secretary. Mark shares his knowledge as a a Director at Business Gateway Fife assisting startup and fledgling companies grow and develop.
Clark has been with KDM for over 20 years & has been an integral part of the growth of the company as one of our Operations Directors.
He has been responsible for handling some of our most important clients & since early 2017 he has led all Amazon new build & live environment fit-out projects on Fulfilment, AMZL & Sortation centres.
Clark has overall responsibility for all aspects of a project from the tender process right through to completion & deals with all external & internal stakeholders with the aim to complete all projects safely, on time & on budget.
Colin has been with KDM for over 10 years & has been an integral part of the growth of the company as one of our Operations Director.
He has been responsible for handling some of our most important client accounts such as large scheme rollouts for McDonalds & more recently Amazon principal contractor projects.
Colin has overall responsibility for all aspects of a project from the tender process right through to completion & deals with all external & internal stakeholders with the aim of completing all projects safely, on time & on budget.
Emmet came on board at KDM in 2016 bring with him decades of Senior Surveying experience, he heads up the company's Commercial Division and along with his team ensures that the operations of the company are recognised by our clients.
Sarah joined the team in 2018 bringing with her decades of accountancy experience. She heads up the company's Finance division and controls and plans the finances as well as being a strategic force within the organisation.
Martin is a professional health, safety, and environmental manager with over 20+ years of experience in modern-day occupational health and safety management. Martin is a strategic thinker with proven hands-on ability which is demonstrable within construction, civil engineering, and facilities management governmental sector positions.
Martin has worked for KDM Group since Jan 2021 and has spearheaded the business growth with the introduction of an effective HSEQ-MS (Management System) bespoke to international standards such as ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
Martin is a well-respected safety professional and has gained Chartered Fellowship of IIRSM and IEMA respectively and possesses a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Loughborough
Peter joined KDM in 2016 bring a wealth of exhibition and production experience, he has overhauled our manufacturing capability to ensure KDM can provide the best costs to our clients and ensuring that our quality of goods always exceeds our clients expectations.
Andrew joined our Warrington office in 2020. He brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and over 17 years of experience within the Construction & Rail industry. Andrew is a confident, enthusiastic individual with extensive skills who work to a very high standard and is committed to providing quality service within tight deadlines.
Jon joined the team in 2012 and oversees the commercial operation in KDM’s regional office, in Warrington. Jon boasts a wealth of experience, over various sectors and working for a diverse range of Clients.
Jon is a great advocate of collaborative working on all KDM’s projects to ensure a consistent, high-quality delivery, on time and within the Client’s budget.
Estimating Manager Ross joined the company in 2023 and brings with him over 18 years of experience in the shopfitting, joinery & main contracting sectors. Ross’s technical knowledge & attention to detail ensures we provide transparency to our customers with the most cost-effective solution for their project.
After many years working for one of KDM's key suppliers Shaun joined KDM in 2007. Shaun has developed along with the company and is now responsible for the company's procurement of all materials ensuring best value and quality are delivered to the companies sites ensuring our clients needs are best served.
Andrea joined KDM in early 2019 with several years experience as a Logistics Manager. Andrea shows great drive and knowledge to ensure our Logistics teams dovetails with manufacturing and our installation team to provide on time deliveries with zero damages. Andrea also ensures all health and safety legislation for safe driving is adhered to by the team.
