Acting as the main contractor, we delivered a full fit-out and refurbishment package including demolition and strip out works, sprinkler system installation, roof plant and HVAC installation, partitions and ceilings, complete MEP services, new floor finishes, bespoke joinery and furniture manufactured and installed by our in-house team, internal decoration, and new shopfront signage.
Our team managed the project from strip-out through to final handover, coordinating all trades to ensure a smooth programme and a high-quality finish. By combining in-house manufacturing capabilities with experienced site management, we delivered a practical and visually refined space tailored to the client’s requirements. Our SM oversaw 1 week after PC for staff training, facilitating a seamless transition from construction to trading.
The completed project transformed the space into a modern, fully serviced environment with high-quality finishes throughout. The end result is a functional and visually striking space, delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
