Scope of work:
KDM were keen to provide the newly refurbished welfare areas for our client as swiftly as possible whilst simultaneously ensuring that the impact on the staff and customers was also minimised. KDM made this possible by phasing the works on each project to ensure that the facilities remained operational throughout the duration of the works.
