Fit-out Data Centre with bespoke manufacturing in London.
Due to this being an existing building our approach had to be understanding, ensuring that all existing fittings such as windows and exterior doors were considered when installing new products paying particular attention to levels being symmetrical. Something that is taken for granted on a new build project. This gave us a distinct advantage as All fit-out was bespoke and manufactured from our Dalgety Bay facility which enabled us to reduce costs and manipulate the design. Due to the tight timescales on this project, the ability to have complete control over the manufactured elements ensured that we kept control of the program, delivering an outstanding finish without any unwanted delays. The client’s design included a SAS ceiling with several layouts. However, due to the high-quality workmanship, we were able to work concurrently with the M&E contractor to produce a fantastic, visually effective product.
Works completed were ceilings, partitions, doors, skirting, window boards, glazed screens, toilets, kitchens, decorations & fabric panels.
