Due to the success of the previous 3 stores KDM delivered for our client, we were awarded this project, acting as Main Contractor to fit out a 5,000-square-foot store in an 8-week programme, undertaking the following scope of works:
The KDM team worked collaboratively with the Poundstretcher Property & Delivery teams throughout this project from initial costing stage, programming, on site delivery team to completion the store.
As Poundstretcher’s choice of Main Contractor for their new management teams store refurbishment programme KDM provided a 2-stage project on the Truro store.
Another successful high street store where Poundstretcher has created over 15 jobs, including re-employing several former Truro staff. The functional store offers shoppers a vast range of branded and non-branded products, including DIY, Gardening, Household and Cleaning, Homewares, Health & Beauty, Snacks, Storage, Sweets & Drinks. It will also be home to the Pet Hut, where customers can buy hundreds of pet products.
