KDM were awarded this project by Tesco Ireland as part of their development strategy in expanding their Tesco Express model in urban areas, with Cherrywood being one of them. This new store with over 3,000 square feet is conveniently located close to the Cherrywood/Bride’s Glen Luas stop.
Scope of work:
KDM recognised the need for early engagement with the property management team to establish and address any key concerns with the residents of the building and together we created a good working relationship which ultimately resulted in delivering a successful project for our Client with minimal disruption on our neighbours and surrounding businesses.
