Fife Council awarded KDM this project in the late stages of 2022. The Works originally comprised of bespoke joinery items which then extended to include ceramic tiling to the front of our bespoke joinery bars and large areas of flooring in the bars and WC’s.
Scope of Work: The scope of work for this project included the following activities:
Bespoke Joinery Items:
KDM were tasked to design and manufacture various items of intricate bespoke joinery including various stages of design changes and installation on site.
The additional request was to provide various aspects of ceramic tiling to some of the bespoke joinery items and also different floor areas within the theatre. The liaison with other trades to provide to internal sequencing to the various areas of design, manufacture and installation was key to delivering a high-quality product that was fit for purpose and create a stunning aesthetic finish.
The successful completion of the project resulted in the above-mentioned scope of works being completed to a high-end quality within the program timeline. KDM’s team effectively managed, designed, manufactured and installed all aspects of our works and coordinated with the other trades ensuring a timely delivery and quality finish to our scope of works.
