To fit out a listed building, originally a chapel into offices over 3 levels. With a design brief to make the office space look modern in the main office, kitchens, flooring, boardroom and toilets with design and cost in mind.
Review the best solutions which were in keeping with the design brief and costs and manufacture what we could from our Dalgety Bay premises whilst working with the client to produce an overall modern colour scheme for all areas. This was achieved by adding wooden panelling to the boardroom and reception area, black glazing bars to offices, re-tiling and wrapping cubicles in black vinyl, re-carpeting all 3 floors, replacing office ceilings, commissioning existing heating & ventilation, adding LED lighting and adding new kitchen area with different seating areas.
Modern, open-spaced offices, which are vibrant, and fit for purpose make it feel like a welcoming place to work.
