The work consisted of giving the store a refresh to make it more appealing for the customer shopping experience.

• Full internal decorations including spraying of ceilings to the main entrance and bakery
• New entrance area lighting
• External decorations to Cladding,
• Relocation of Food to Go Area, CSD/Kiosk,
• Works to existing toilets – New IPS- decoration
• New and relocated electrical services to Food to Go Area, CSD/Kiosk,
• GM power drops
• Refurb of Deli counters area (new walls, tiling and illuminated lightboxes)
• Car Park White Lining
• Landscaping package to external areas
• Reconfiguration GM gondla
• Reconfiguration of George
• New Deli / Pizza area
• New Signage Package throughout

Working as Principal Contractor, our in-house M&E teams worked together as a one-stop contractor to provide the Middlesbrough store with many new additions and improvements over a fast-paced 3-week programme.

KDM Group successfully completed and handed over our first Asda Enhancement scheme. With excellent team work and great communication throughout the works from all stakeholders, the end result looked great.
