Almost every panel produced in our Dalgety Bay factory passes through the Beam Saw during our production process. Our saw is linked to a high-performance optimisation (HPO) system which guarantees the minimum amount of sheet material wastage during the cutting process allowing us to focus on efficiency and minimising our environmental impact.
Combined with our skilled operators, we can provide a flexible setup solution, enabling us to organise and optimise our cutting schedules to meet your needs, working with tolerances as low as 0.2mm ensures maximum accuracy every time.
