OUR APPROACH

Throughout the project, our approach was centred on minimising disruption to both the store operations and customers. Working closely with Tesco's management team to ensure that the refurbishment activities were carried out in a manner that did not hinder the store's normal operations. Our team scheduled the work around Tesco's operating hours, strategically planning tasks to minimise inconvenience and maintain a smooth shopping experience for customers.

RESULT

The completion of the project yielded a transformed and upgraded Tesco Superstore improving the Blairgowrie community. The upgraded store offers an enhanced shopping environment, improved customer service facilities, and increased convenience through the addition of self-service checkouts. The comprehensive refrigeration system upgrade ensures optimal storage and freshness of perishable goods, contributing to improved customer proposition. By successfully managing the project within the agreed 8-week timeline, our team delivered the desired results while minimising disruption to the store's operations and ensuring a positive experience for both Tesco and its customers.
